Licence and Document Monitoring

The ability to demonstrate an accurate and current paper trail is an essential part of fleet management responsibility under the law. ADT has tried and tested systems for keeping up-to-date records of driver and vehicle documentation.

The requirement is equally relevant for organisations that operate a ‘grey’ vehicle fleet (where employees use their own vehicles for work related journeys) as it is for those with their own vehicles. The organisation is still required to know, and be able to demonstrate, that the vehicles used are properly taxed, insured, and maintained and that drivers have appropriate licences. Setting up, and then running a system to keep track of all this can be onerous and ADT is able to offer systems or a complete service to take the problem off your hands.
